Introduction

For users who cannot operate a physical keyboard or mouse, start by using Voicebot to open
the necessary programs listed below, and then use other accessibility tools as needed. In the
"More Accessibility Applications" section, we offer additional software like NVDA and Magnifier,
which require the use of a physical keyboard or mouse.

Using Voicebot to Access Applications

1. Activate Voicebot: Simply speak to initiate commands. Start with the prefix "Voice"followed by your command.

2. Open Camera Mouse: Say "Voice Camera Mouse".

3. Launch Dynamic Keyboard: Say "Voice Keyboard"

Navigating the Kiosk with Camera Mouse

1. Once activated via Voicebot, use the camera to track a feature of your face.
‍
2. Move your head to control the cursor and move about the screen.
‍
3. Clicking is performed holding the cursor steady in one spot until it triggers a click.

Typing with Dynamic Keyboard

1. After launching with Voicebot, use Camera Mouse to click on the Dynamic Keyboard icon. Two arrows will appear at the top corners of the screen.

2. Before you start typing, click in a text input area.
For example: In Microsoft Word, click inside the document, or in a browser, click in the address bar.

3. Click the top left arrow to activate the keyboard or click the top right arrow if you need to switch between open applications.
‍
4. As you move the cursor over the keyboard, hold it steady on a key to select and type.

Quick Shortcut Commands for Use:
Launch: Ctrl + Alt + N
Read: Use Tab, Enter, and arrow keys to navigate and interact.
Stop Reading: Ctrl

Enhancing Visibility with Windows Magnifier

Quick Shortcut Commands for Use:
Open Windows Magnifier: Windows logo key + (+)
Toggle Magnifier: Ctrl + Alt + M.
Zoom In/Out: Ctrl + Alt + (+) or (-).
Pan: Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys.

Web Accessibility with Helperbird

1. Launch the web browser on the kiosk desktop.
2. Click the Helperbird icon in the Firefox toolbar.
3. The quick actions toggle should already be turned on, but if it's not, make sure to switch it on.
4. Use any of the features including customize text appearance, text-to-speech, apply visual aids for enhanced browsing, and more.

Immersive Reader in Microsoft Word

1. Open Microsoft Word
2. Open an existing document or create a new one you want to read in Immersive Read.
3. Go to 'View' at the top of the window then select 'Immersive Reader'.
4. Use any of the features including modify text size, font, and background color for a personalized reading experience.
